For increasing the efficiency of industrial use of the system, ITC «Mobius» realizes the following programs of support:

  • Free consulting support (for CATIA users that bought the product in ITC);
  • Service consulting support for (for other legal CATIA users)

Consulting support implies:

  • Problem-solving during 24 hours for low- and medium classes of complexity;
  • Problem-solving during 48 hours for high class of complexity.

Information exchange seminars

In order to introduce the advanced methods of CATIA use, ITC «Mobius» conducts the special masterclasses. The specialists of different branches, who have been successfully using CATIA system for some years, take part in these seminars.

These information exchange seminars are aimed to the engineering staff that uses CATIA. Besides, the participants of the seminars are offered the special express CATIA training.

Additionally, the software developers take part in some special seminars.

Methodological support

By user's request the specialists of Implementation Department jointly with the customer's specialists create adapted methodologies for industrial use of software configurations and develop administrative and organizational package plans for CATIA use.
